I have a problem that has been lasting for 6 years now. There is a water reflux that flows from my sink but I can’t find a way to solve the problem for good. I had 5 or 6 plumbers come home and try to solve it but it never really worked. Most of them brought some sort of flexible spinning cable to dig a hole through a blockage but this was temporary. Another one used a water jet on the building’s water column and it worked better, probably for one or two years.
However, the problem just came back. There is some reddish water that’s rising in my sink. Given the color, I am 100% sure it’s not my water. I do no longer now how to solve this issue. Have you experienced that ?
For more details : I live in the first floor. My plumbery is made of PVC.
